Because many of our items are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, or produced in small batches, please review the following return and refund guidelines:

Returns
– We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
– To initiate a return, please contact us at info@creativecollectivesf.org with your order number.

Refunds
– Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges
– At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
– If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Processing Time
– Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
– Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time; details will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
– Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
– We currently ship only within the United States. 
– Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking
– Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Delays
– Please note that weather, carrier delays, or holiday demand may affect delivery times. While we cannot control these delays, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Lost or Damaged Packages
– If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at info@creativecollectivesf.org within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue.
