Because many of our items are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, or produced in small batches, please review the following return and refund guidelines:

Returns
– We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
– To initiate a return, please contact us at info@creativecollectivesf.org with your order number.

Refunds
– Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges
– At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
– If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
